History
Williamsville View Manor (Known as “North” Building) has been open since the 1970s when it was considered
a Health Related Facility serving 140 Residents.They built and opened Williamsville Suburban in 1981 as a skilled
nursing facility serving 80 residents. In 2004, Williamsville View Manor and Williamsville Suburban were combined
into one Skilled Nursing Facility, Williamsville Suburban.
The Facility
Situated at 193 South Union road in Williamsville, the facility is the largest of the 3 nursing homes with 220 beds
and over 200 people working their on a permanent basis.There are 150 rooms of which 80 are private rooms and
70 are semi-private.The facility is kept clean on a daily basis, provides good security and comfortable living for
all residents.
The Staff
Williamsville employs over 200 people on a permanent and casual basis. These people include C.N.A’s, LPN’s,
RN’s, Trained Maintenance Personnel, Certified occupational therapy assistants, physical therapy
assistants, Physical Therapists, Occupational therapists, speech and language pathologist, social workers,
receptionists, unit secretaries, and many others.
